Sales Representative

The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined sales representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will mainly be responsible for following up and closing sales deals over the phone and via email with occasional visits to customer sites – initially to accompany more senior team members. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and have a dogged determination to see opportunities through to conclusion. They must have the ability to quickly form relationships over the phone and via email. The goal is to help the company grow by ensuring that identified deals are brought to conclusion in as timely a manner as is possible. There is a real opportunity for the successful candidate to progress to a field based sales and/or account management role. Basic salary and commission according to experience.

Support and implementation engineer

The role
A Support and Implementation Engineer is required with an ability to handle support calls, good interpersonal and communication skills. The basic IT skills required include knowledge of SQL, proficiency in identifying IT issues, basic diagnostic skills and the ability to follow existing work patterns to resolve issues while knowing when to escalate to the next level of support. The successful candidate should also have some understanding of basic IT equipment devices and will be required to assist in undertaking implementation of new systems both remotely and by visiting customer sites after suitable training has been given. Working hours are flexible within an 08.00 to 18.00 envelope. Salary according to experience.
