The costs involved have been very reasonable especially when compared with other systems that have far less functionality. It's one of the few systems I would consider to be good value for money. Out of all the suppliers I deal with I'd rate the support team from HD Clinical as the best.

HD Clinical provide excellent web, telephone and email support and this ensures that all support calls are dealt with efficiently and effectively. Support response times are incredibly fast and in a busy clinical environment this is always appreciated.
